These terms apply when you use this website, request a quotation or place an order with Pioneer Stamps Trading in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By confirming an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that order.
2. Quotations and orders
Prices and estimated completion times are provided based on the information available when we quote. A quotation may change if the stamp size, quantity, artwork, material, delivery location or other requirements change.
An order is accepted after the product details, price and any required payment are confirmed. Product images are illustrative; minor differences in colour, size or finish may occur.
3. Custom artwork and approval
You are responsible for checking all names, spelling, numbers, dates, logos, dimensions and layout shown in an artwork proof. Production may begin once you approve the proof or clearly confirm the order details.
You confirm that you have permission to use any logo, trademark, signature, design or other material supplied to us. We may decline work that appears unlawful, misleading or likely to infringe another party's rights.
4. Payment
Available payment methods and any deposit requirement are confirmed with your quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before delivery or collection. Additional work requested after approval may be charged separately.
5. Completion and delivery
Same-day service may be available for selected stamp products, but it is not guaranteed until confirmed. Completion and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by artwork changes, stock availability, courier delays, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and a reachable contact number. Delivery charges, where applicable, are confirmed before dispatch.
6. Changes, cancellations and returns
Because most stamps and engraved products are custom-made, an approved order cannot normally be cancelled, changed or returned after production begins. If we agree to a change, extra cost or additional production time may apply.
If a product is defective or does not match the approved artwork, contact us promptly with clear photos and the order details. After inspection, we may repair, replace or remake the affected product as appropriate. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect customer-supplied details and changes of mind are not manufacturing defects.
7. Website content
Website information is provided for general guidance. We try to keep product and service information accurate but do not guarantee that every item, price or specification is always available. Website content, branding and original materials may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pioneer Stamps Trading is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery or use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law and contact
